Based in Holmewood, Chesterfield, our East Midlands based site makes lighting columns, traffic posts, traffic signal posts and passively safe structures for various customers and industries.

About the Role

A dynamic, self-starter, with previous Sales experience who can assist in the preparation of quotes and entering orders, answering queries, dealing with customers and help out with the
day to day tasks in the sales office.

Principal Accountabilities

• Establishing customer requirements from CAD drawing and documents
• Preparing and submitting quotations in detail for the costs of items to be supplied
• Acquiring quotes from third party suppliers
• Preparing Contract bids
• Up-Selling to existing revenue streams and market sectors
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner in line with the company procedures
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities of all Mallatite products and services
• Developing and improving relationships from existing and new customers
• Offering after-sales support services
• Deliver performance in line with agreed KPIs
• Sage sales and purchase order entry
• Any other reasonable duties within your skills remit to support the operational duties of the department or company

Qualifications & Personal Attributes

• 3 years + Sales experience, ideally from a similar or associated background
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Collaborative and pragmatic
• Resilient, works well under pressure and on own initiative
• Flexible and adaptable to work seamlessly across transactional, operational and strategic requirements as required
• Creative with an inquisitive mind
• Commercially focused and competent

About the Role

2 x General Production Operatives, preferably with an FLT licence, from a manufacturing background who will be responsible for the safe operation of equipment & machinery within the Pre-fabrication, Profiling and Finishing areas of the manufacturing site, completing various tasks inline with works orders, adhering to strict quality standards and regulations.
